About Lead from the Front

Ed Brzychcy | Lead from the Front

Lead From The Front is where I work out my ideas in writing.

I'm Ed Brzychcy. I learned leadership in the infantry, across three tours in Iraq, where a plan meets reality and the team either executes under pressure or it doesn't. I've spent the years since carrying that same question into companies. When the pressure is on, can the organization do what it planned?

That gap, between what a company knows and what it does, is what this publication is about. Every piece here is a framework for closing it. How culture gets built, why good people stall a level below the corner office, and how you build a company that runs without depending on you to run it.

Nobody here needs convincing that leadership matters. This is written for the CEO who already knows the theory and wants the execution. One leader to another.

New pieces land every couple of weeks. Subscribe, and they come straight to your inbox, with the full archive of everything published so far, and no algorithm deciding whether you see them. It's free, and it's the cleanest way to get my thinking as it develops.

If execution under pressure is the problem you're trying to solve, you're in the right place.
