Death, Taxes... and Change

Benjamin Franklin said, "Nothing is certain except death and taxes." He missed one other fundamental part of life: change.

Franklin's observation captured what we often dread. Change, however, represents the one constant that has the potential to empower us. Unlike death and taxes, which we endure passively, change offers us agency, opportunity, and renewal. Every disruption in our carefully laid plans, every shift in our circumstances, every moment when the familiar becomes foreign is not a breakdown but a breakthrough.

Those who thrive are those who stop fighting change and start dancing with it. Recognizing that in a world where change is a constant, our capacity to adapt, evolve, and reinvent ourselves becomes our greatest advantage.

Embrace change not as an interruption to your strategy, but as the foundation upon which successful strategies are built.
